Disney CCXP 2025 Panel: 8 Disney+ Series Confirmed To Appear (Daredevil, Percy Jackson & More)

Disney has announced its plans for CCXP 2025, a major pop culture event in Brazil. The studio is a regular participant, typically using the event to share exciting updates, trailers, and first looks at its upcoming shows. This year, Disney will host a panel focused on its streaming content at the São Paulo convention.

Disney+ will be holding a panel at CCXP 2025 on Saturday, December 6th at 2:45 p.m. local time (1:45 p.m. ET). Disney recently shared details (via Info Disney Hulu on X) about what they’ll be showing, including news about their biggest TV shows coming in 2026.

I’m really excited for CCXP this year – it feels like it’s going to be huge! I’ve heard whispers about a possible trailer for the new Supergirl movie dropping there, which would be amazing. I’m also hoping Disney brings its A-game with some exciting news about what’s coming to their streaming services – they need to keep that momentum going!

CCXP takes place in São Paolo, Brazil, from Thursday, December 4, to Sunday, December 7.

Every Disney+ Set To Be Featured at CCXP

Wonder Man

As the film slated to launch Marvel Studios’ 2026 lineup, I’m expecting to see some Wonder Man footage at CCXP 2025. It just makes sense – they’ll want to build hype for the start of their next phase!

The new series, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton (known for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) and starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Aquaman), centers around an aspiring actor. While auditioning for a superhero movie reboot, he unexpectedly develops his own superpowers.

We’ve already gotten several trailers and glimpses of the series. With the January 27, 2026 release date for Wonder Man getting closer, those at the event might be the first to see a longer preview – possibly a scene or even an entire episode.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2

Just days before the premiere of Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 on Disney+, the show will be featured at the CCXP event.

As a huge fan of the books, I’m really excited about the new season of the show! It’s going to cover The Sea of Monsters, which means our hero, Percy Jackson, is setting sail on a quest to find the Golden Fleece. It’s a classic mythological adventure, and I can’t wait to see how they bring it to life on screen!

It’s uncertain what Disney will present regarding the series at the event in Brazil, especially since the premiere is on December 10th. However, they might offer attendees a preview of the Season 2 premiere, or share some first looks at details for the upcoming Season 3, which is already in the works.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2

Fans won’t have to wait much longer to see Charlie Cox reprise his role as Matt Murdock in the second season of Daredevil: Born Again, scheduled for release in 2026. While it was initially expected in early March, the release date is now a bit unclear.

Disney is expected to announce the release date for the second season of Born Again at the CCXP convention, finally giving fans the answer they’ve been waiting for months to hear.

The second season of Daredevil: Born Again will feature Charlie Cox as the blind superhero teaming up with other vigilantes in New York City. Meanwhile, Vincent D’Onofrio returns as the villainous Mayor Wilson Fisk, who is determined to take down the city’s masked heroes.

The Bear Season 5

Production for Season 5 of The Bear is scheduled to begin in early 2026, with the new season expected to premiere sometime the following year.

With Season 5 not yet in production, Disney probably won’t have much new footage to share at CCXP 2025. Still, they might have a few interesting announcements or sneak peeks to share with fans.

Disney could address two key questions about the popular cooking competition: when Season 5 will premiere and whether this upcoming season will be the show’s final one.

The Beauty

Acclaimed TV creator Ryan Murphy returns to FX and Hulu in 2026 with the release of The Beauty

A new drama series from the creator of Glee and American Horror Story will center around a string of disturbing murders in the fashion world. When several famous supermodels are found dead, the FBI steps in to investigate and stop the killer before they strike again.

The new movie, The Beauty, is scheduled to come out on January 21, 2026. The film will feature Evan Peters, Anthony Ramos, Jeremy Pope, Ashton Kutcher, and Rebecca Hall, and will also include appearances from many other special guests.

Paradise Season 2

The popular show Paradise, which quickly became a hit in early 2025, is returning to streaming with its long-awaited second season.

In Season 2 of Paradise, Sterling K. Brown returns as Special Agent Xavier Collins. He’s the head of the President’s Secret Service, and the season continues to follow him as he lives in an underground bunker after a catastrophic event has devastated the city.

Since we haven’t seen any trailers or gotten a release date yet, it’s likely fans will get a first look at footage from the show’s second season at the CCXP event.

The Testaments

The popular Hulu series The Handmaid’s Tale finished its sixth and final season earlier this year. But even though the main story has ended, the show’s universe isn’t over yet.

The Testaments is a new TV series based on Margaret Atwood’s popular books. It’s set 15 years after the original series and focuses on the lives of three women living in the oppressive, religious society of Gilead.

Made in Korea

Coming in late 2024 as one of the final new shows on Disney+ and Hulu, Season 2 of Made in Korea continues the South Korean drama following the lives within the Korean Central Intelligence Agency.

The show centers around Korean intelligence agents who cross the line into criminal activity, exploiting their positions to gain power and wealth through illegal deals. “Made in Korea” will premiere on Disney+ and Hulu on Wednesday, December 24th.

BONUS: International Streaming Series

Disney’s CCXP panel also mentioned other names, but accessing content related to them might be tricky for viewers in the United States. The announcement highlighted several projects geared towards South American audiences, such as The Voice Brasil, Amor da Minha Vida, and Impuros.

These projects are initially intended for audiences in South America, though some might become available in the United States through Disney+ and Hulu’s global content offerings.
