The singer of “Loco Contingo” revealed he occasionally sleeps in a hyperbaric chamber. This special device creates a pressurized space filled with pure oxygen, which can speed up the body’s natural healing abilities.
J Balvin confirmed to Keltie Knight during a February 1st interview on Live from TopMob: Grammys that he gets ready for his shows in the dressing room. He emphasized this by saying, ‘I do, I do, I do. I definitely do.’
The 40-year-old artist, whose album Mixteip is up for Best Música Urbana Album at the awards show, might not use it every night, but he’s definitely prepared to unwind.
He explained he hadn’t had a vacation yet, adding that he really needed one. “I’m completely worn out,” he said.
Even though he was tired, J Balvin (whose full name is José Álvaro Osorio Balvin) said he was very happy and grateful to be at the biggest night in music, hosted again by Trevor Noah – this was Noah’s sixth year hosting the event.
“I think it’s so beautiful to see what’s happening now,” he said, “and just having fun.”
J Balvin is also excited to see other Latin artists like Bad Bunny and Karol G nominated for Grammys in 2026.
He expressed gratitude for all the hard work that had been done, emphasizing it wasn’t just his own effort. He credited the artists who came before him and spoke about the importance of perseverance, calling his current position a true blessing.
