After a slightly shaky start following the second game, *Dying Light: The Beast* is a huge boost for the series’ signature blend of survival horror and parkour. The game has received a lot of positive reviews, and a new trailer showcases some of the best quotes from critics. You can watch it below.
Although official sales numbers aren’t available yet, Techland announced over a million pre-orders, and reports show over 1.5 million copies have already been sold. The game’s peak concurrent player count on Steam reached 121,222, which is less than *Dying Light 2 Stay Human*, but still a good number. Player reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, with 89% of the 25,082 reviews giving the game a thumbs-up, earning it a “Very Positive” rating.
