Okay, so VALORANT Champions 2025 is happening in Paris, and it’s HUGE! All the best teams from around the world are here, ready to compete for the championship. I’m so hyped to watch!
The Road to Champions
Teams earned their places at Champions Paris by competing in international leagues and accumulating championship points. Only the top performers qualified.
- Direct Qualifiers: Top 2 from each International League.
- Invited Teams: Earned enough Championship Points throughout the season.
Participating Teams
Here’s a breakdown of teams by VCT region: Americas includes SEN, PRX, FNATIC, and BLG. Pacific features G2, T1, Team Liquid, and EDG. EMEA consists of MIBR, RRQ, GIANTX, and XLG. Finally, VCT CN includes NRG, DRX, Team Heretics, and DRG.
Tournament Format
Champions Paris is a tournament with a Group Stage and Playoffs, culminating in a Grand Final to determine the next World Champion.
Group Stage
- 16 teams in 4 groups.
- Double elimination format.
- Top 2 teams from each group advance.
Playoff Stage
- 8 teams in a double elimination bracket.
- Best-of-3 matches until the final.
- Grand Final is Best-of-5.
- The last team standing wins it all.
