Rodri, the key midfielder for Manchester City, once again leads the rankings, though players like Vitinha of PSG, Pedri of Barcelona, Bayern’s Kimmich, and Madrid’s Valverde are close behind. Kevin De Bruyne, who used to play with Rodri, is now rated 87 after transferring to Napoli this summer.
