Following a day of behind-the-scenes photos of Tom Holland as Spider-Man, both in and out of costume, the latest news from Spider-Man: Brand New Day is that Zendaya’s character, MJ, and Peter Parker will find their way back to each other. Their relationship ended in Spider-Man: No Way Home when Doctor Strange erased Peter from everyone’s memory.
A new clip from the trailer, shared as part of Sony’s fan event, shows Spider-Man and MJ together on a rooftop for about a second. Tom Holland is in his Spider-Man suit, so it doesn’t confirm whether the events of No Way Home have been reversed, but it does confirm that the two characters will have some kind of interaction.
