With music streaming services like Spotify so popular now, video game soundtracks don’t feel as groundbreaking as they once did. Remember how influential the original Tony Hawk games on PlayStation were? We don’t really see that kind of impact as often anymore.
We were really hoping the Japanese setting of Forza Horizon 6 would feature some great music, and we’re especially excited that they included the bands BABYMETAL and YOASOBI.
Microsoft hasn’t officially revealed the complete game soundtrack yet, but they’ve shared a preview of some of the songs on the game’s website.

If you’re excited for the arcade racer on PlayStation 5, you can already listen to some of the game’s radio stations on Spotify to get a feel for the atmosphere while you wait for the game’s release.
Although the electro duo Yoasobi isn’t officially listed as being in the game yet, someone testing an early version shared a clip of their song “Idol” playing. If you’ve seen the anime Oshi no Ko, you’ll recognize it as the show’s theme song – a great addition to the game!
A recently leaked list of songs for the game’s radio station, Gacha City Radio, suggests that several popular Japanese artists, like Ado and Creepy Nuts, will be featured. However, we haven’t been able to independently verify this information yet.
