Full Raid Schedule for 2026 Global Pokemon Go Fest Revealed & Fans Are Immediately Overwhelmed

With the 10-year anniversary of Pokémon Go coming up in 2026, this year’s Go Fest is set to be a huge celebration. We can expect the debut of Mega Mewtwo, plus a completely free Global Go Fest event. As the in-person and virtual event dates approach, Niantic is revealing more and more details. They recently shared the Raid schedule for the global event, and it’s packed with content!

The first in-person Go Fest event is happening in late May, but the main global event is still a few months away. It will take place on July 11th and 12th, 2026, and Niantic is planning a huge celebration with in-person meetups for fans. This year, all research and bonuses will be free for everyone, giving players plenty to do. A recently announced raid schedule promises to be the most active in Pokémon Go history.

Pokemon Go Reveals Packed Go Fest Raid Schedule for 2026

The official Pokémon GO website recently updated the Raid schedule for July’s Global Go Fest. We previously knew the event would feature Super Mega Raids with Mega Mewtwo X and Y. Now, we have a clearer picture of when Mega and Five-Star Raids will occur. It looks like Niantic plans to sell a lot of remote raid passes for this event, as the Raid schedule is particularly extensive.

Mega Raid schedules are fairly standard this weekend, with 9 different Raids available on Saturday and 10 on Sunday – a completely different set each day. However, the Five-Star Raids are incredibly busy! Niantic is featuring a massive 25 Legendary Pokémon on Saturday, and Sunday is just as packed, with a total of 49 different Raid bosses – though a few are exclusive to certain regions.

This year’s Pokémon Go Fest will be packed with Raids, meaning players will need a lot of Raid Passes – and potentially Remote Raid Passes if they don’t have access to enough different gyms. Many players are feeling stressed about the busy schedule, with one Reddit user calling it “overwhelming.” There’s also concern that having so many Five-Star Raids will make it harder to find the special Super Mega Mewtwo raids needed to Mega Evolve Mewtwo.

Most of the raid bosses appearing in this event have been featured before, so players can concentrate on catching the ones they’re missing. Of course, finding them with such a busy schedule might be a challenge! However, one thing is certain: this year’s Go Fest will be much more lively than recent events. With plenty of free research tasks and more raids than anyone could complete, Pokémon Go players will have lots to do on July 11th and 12th.

You can find the complete Go Fest Global raid schedule, which can be a bit complex, on the official Go Fest website.
