The well-known Pilates enthusiast recently shared a surprising take on the exercise, telling Time in a video published on April 30th that she felt it was a bit much.

Okay, so she said this, and honestly, I get it. She was like, “Is that weird to say?” but she totally loves Pilates, seriously loves it. But then she said something I’ve been thinking forever! It’s become SO popular, it feels like a trend, and it’s impossible to find instructors who actually care about making sure you’re doing it right. Like, form is everything, and good teachers are so hard to come by now! It’s frustrating, you know?

Hailey used to love matcha lattes, but she’s currently preferring coffee. She explained that her family, including her husband Justin Bieber and their son Jack Blues Bieber, frequently visits Japan. She joked that once you’ve had authentic matcha in Japan, it’s hard to enjoy it anywhere else.

The 29-year-old also shared her honest feelings about Botox, admitting she hadn’t used it until she turned 30.

I don’t think it’s good to take anything to an extreme. Ideally, I’d avoid it altogether, but when done properly, it can be really helpful.

The one practice she absolutely swears by, though? Lymphatic drainage massages.

I’m really into lymphatic drainage massages—I’m almost obsessed with them, actually,” she said. “It’s amazing how much fluid our bodies retain. Plus, the lymphatic system is crucial for detoxifying and maintaining good health, but I don’t think people realize how important it is.”
