Just out within the past week on both PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, the developers of Ready or Not, VOID Interactive, have announced that their new console releases have already surpassed a staggering one million copies sold. If we count the original PC version as well, the game has now reached over 10 million units in total sales.
CEO Julio Rodriguez stated that it took approximately 36 days to sell a million copies of our PC version. In contrast, it took around 3.6 days on home consoles. Rodriguez expressed his immense pride in the team and their achievements, stating, “This is an enormous milestone, one we appreciate deeply.
The highly realistic first-person shooter game mirrors the strategic encounters of actual SWAT teams, similar to Rainbow Six: Vegas. According to creative director Stirling Rank, the team has been amazed by the positive feedback they’ve received from console gamers regarding their title, Ready or Not.
Moving from the thrill generated by our Early Access trailer’s popularity on PC, to witnessing the global expansion of our community across various platforms has been both humbling and inspiring. It underscores the remarkable dedication of the VOID Interactive team in making the dream behind Ready or Not a tangible reality.
