Helluva Boss Co-Writer Talks Series Finale (Exclusive)

The animated series “Helluva Boss,” which follows the story of Blitzo and his team at I.M.P., has just wrapped up its second season. Excitingly, this offbeat series is now available to stream on Amazon Prime Video alongside “Hazbin Hotel.” Despite this move, episodes will still be made accessible for free on YouTube as per usual. The show’s success shows no signs of slowing down, but it has been confirmed that “Helluva Boss” will conclude with season four. This means that fans are now halfway through the adventures at I.M.P., and we recently had the opportunity to chat with Brandon Rogers, co-writer and voice actor for Blitzo, about the upcoming finale of the series here at egmr.ru.

Initially, Rogers clarified that the series was intended to span four seasons from the outset, adding that this plan hasn’t deviated. In his words, “From the start, it was always four seasons. We knew how it would conclude from the beginning itself. Some viewers might expect certain plot twists and when they don’t occur, they may think the quality of writing has deteriorated. However, we’ve always been aware of the ending. I admire writers who know when to bring a story to an end, and we didn’t want a tale that drags on indefinitely, which is why it’s four seasons.

“No One Has Guessed The Ending”

In a surprising disclosure, Rogers admitted that no fan online has accurately predicted the ending of Helluva Boss after season four. “No one has even come close to guessing how the show will end,” said Rogers. “I’ve been carrying this ending in my stomach for five years, and I feel very comfortable with it. I haven’t been able to think of a better way for the show to end. I’ve had five years to really ponder over the finale, and I believe it’s perfect. I can hardly wait for Helluva Boss to conclude so that fans can appreciate it as a single masterpiece; truly, it will be breathtaking to see how everything fits together.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but share my excitement over Blitzo’s latest hint about the upcoming episodes of “Helluva Boss”. He teased that it’s going to be a dark, emotional rollercoaster – tragic, sad, yet somehow fitting for our beloved characters. Now, whether the ending turns out to be good or bad is still up in the air, but one thing’s certain: we’ve been waiting for this since 2019, and it seems like there’s still a lot more story to unfold.

Intriguingly, creator Vivienne “VivziePop” Conroy has hinted at an unexpected crossover between our “Helluva Boss” gang and the residents of Hazbin Hotel, featuring none other than Charlie Morningstar. While we don’t know yet if this means a transition for our characters to the Hazbin Hotel series once their story concludes in “Helluva Boss”, one thing’s for sure – the wait is going to be worth it!
