Amazon has released the first images of Sophie Turner as Lara Croft in their upcoming Tomb Raider TV series. Check out the photo of her costume below!
Amazon Prime Video shared a new image with the message: “Time to dust off your relics – Lara Croft is coming!” The image features Lara in an outfit strongly reminiscent of her original PlayStation 1 appearances. She’s sporting the iconic green vest, glasses, and dual pistols, paying homage to her first games.
Filming for the new TV series is currently happening, and the cast includes Martin Bobb-Semple, Sigourney Weaver, Jason Isaacs, Jack Bannon, John Heffernan, Bill Paterson, Paterson Joseph, Sasha Luss, Juliette Motamed, Celia Imrie, and August Wittgenstein. Phoebe Waller-Bridge is the creative force behind the show, serving as its creator, writer, and executive producer.
