Hilaria Baldwin shared a positive update with Alec Baldwin‘s fans.
Oh my gosh, you won’t BELIEVE this! Alec Baldwin, my absolute favorite, and his brother Stephen – you know, Hailey Bieber’s dad! – were in a car accident! Apparently, their Range Rover hit a tree in East Hampton yesterday, but thankfully, they’re both okay! I was so worried when I heard, but thank goodness they weren’t hurt. Seriously, what a scare!
Later that evening, Hilaria shared a video on Instagram to let everyone know that Alec and Stephen were both okay after a car accident. She confirmed that no one was injured, and that was the most important thing to her.
Alec posted shortly after the car accident to say that he and Stephen are both doing okay.
He explained that a large garbage truck – ‘the size of a whale,’ he said – suddenly swerved in front of him. Trying not to hit the truck, he ended up crashing into a tree.
I crashed into a large tree, completely wrecking my wife’s car. I feel terrible about it. It’s really damaged now.
Alec expressed his gratitude to the East Hampton Police Department for their help. He also mentioned Hilaria, who had recently been eliminated from *Dancing With the Stars*, and shared that he was planning a trip to Los Angeles to be with her and their six children: Carmen (12), Rafael (10), Leonardo (9), Romeo (7), Eduardo (5), María Lucía (4), and Ilaria (3).
“I’m still so proud of my wife,” the Emmy winner said. “Hilaria, I love you more than anything.”

Oh my gosh, I was SO worried! But I just saw that Stephen released a statement through his publicist, and he’s okay! Apparently, he’s doing really well and just relieved nobody got hurt. They said he and Alec are *both* safe, which is just… amazing. I’m still shaking with relief, honestly. It’s just so good to know they’re both alright!
Stephen shared videos on Instagram Stories of himself at All American Hamburger Drive In in Massapequa, New York, where he ordered “two cheeseburgers, small fry, and a small Coke.”

His brother shared an update after the crash through his representative. The representative told TopMob News that Stephen is doing well and thankful no one was hurt. He also said Stephen and Alec are both safe and appreciate everyone’s concern.

In February 2017, Jamie Lynn Spears’ daughter, Maddie Aldridge, then eight years old, was riding an ATV near their home in Louisiana when she crashed into a pond. She was underwater for several minutes before being rescued.
Jamie Lynn shared that when rescuers finally pulled her daughter from the water and took her into their care, they feared the worst. “We thought we’d lost her,” she said on the 2020 Better Together podcast with Maria Menounos.
Although the extent of her injuries was initially unclear, Maddie regained consciousness and was able to speak after two days. She was back to her everyday life within a few weeks.
Jamie Lynn shared that she feels incredibly blessed to have her daughter back after a difficult time where she thought she’d lost her. She expressed relief and gratitude for being reunited.

An accidental prop gun strike injured Rebel Wilson on the set of her 2025 action comedy, *Bride Hard*. During a fight scene on her final day of filming, a gun hit her in the face, splitting her nose. “It was a complete accident,” Wilson told *Access Hollywood* in June 2025. “I had to leave the set, and it was just really bad luck.”
She described being terrified after the 2023 incident, explaining that she was surrounded by her own blood. An ambulance was called, and a plastic surgeon had to be brought in to repair the damage. Without the surgeon, she said she could have been permanently scarred, but the stitches were so well done that you can’t even tell anything happened now.

Jimmy Fallon, the host of *The Tonight Show*, recently had a scary accident at home. He tripped and fell, and while trying to brace himself, his ring caught on something, nearly ripping his finger off.
Doctors hospitalized him for ten days to try and save his finger after a severe ring injury – what they called a “ring avulsion.” They worked to prevent amputation.

In June 2025, Zane Wach, a seasoned hiker and multi-sport athlete who competes in long-distance running, swimming, and triathlons, almost became sick from the high altitude while hiking Mount Whitney in California with his father, Ryan Wach.
Ryan told SFGATE that the 14-year-old began having hallucinations, but was aware they weren’t real. He reported seeing things like snowmen and Kermit the Frog.
Ryan had to repeatedly stop his teenage son from walking off the cliff while they were hiking back down the trail. The father explained that his son seemed confused and disoriented, and they still haven’t figured out why. Ryan believes it was likely a combination of factors, including tiredness, lack of sleep, dehydration, and lingering effects from altitude sickness, which caused his son to question what was real.
After two unsuccessful tries, Ryan couldn’t reach Zane in time to prevent a fall of about 120 feet from the cliff. It took six hours for a rescue helicopter from Inyo County to arrive and transport Zane to the hospital in Lone Pine. There, he was initially stabilized before being moved to a specialized trauma center for children in Las Vegas. Doctors put Zane into a medically induced coma, but thankfully, he eventually started breathing independently.
Ryan described his teenager’s recovery from a serious accident – including a head injury, broken finger, ankle, and fractured pelvis – as a long road ahead. ‘It’s going to be a tough journey,’ he said, ‘and we’re still facing the hardest part right now.’
Oh my god, I was absolutely devastated to hear what happened to Jeremy Renner! It was New Year’s Day 2023, and apparently, he was being such an amazing uncle, trying to help get a stuck truck out of the snow with his snowplow near his Lake Tahoe home. He’d just gotten out to talk to his nephew when, unbelievably, the snowplow started rolling and he tried to stop it! It was horrific – he ended up getting pulled under and suffered a shocking 38 broken bones! I was so worried, it was all over the news, and I just kept hoping he’d pull through. He’s such a hero, both on and off screen!
In his 2025 memoir, My Next Breath, he described lying on the ice on New Year’s Day, his heartbeat slowing. He wrote that after about thirty minutes of manually breathing – a strenuous effort like doing ten to twenty push-ups every minute for half an hour – he simply grew tired and died, unbeknownst to his daughter, sisters, friends, or parents.
Despite suffering broken bones, significant blood loss, and the risk of dangerously low body temperature, he believed he had died. He later wrote that paramedics found his heart rate had dropped to just 18 beats per minute, a level they considered fatal.

In May 2025, TikTok creator Emilie Kiser and her husband, Brady, experienced every parent’s nightmare when their 3-year-old son, Trigg, accidentally fell into their swimming pool at their home in Arizona.
On May 12th, Chandler Police responded to a home where a young child had been found unconscious in a backyard pool. Police and firefighters immediately began CPR at the scene before transporting the child, later identified as Trigg, to Chandler Regional Hospital. Sadly, the toddler passed away six days later.
Emilie filed a lawsuit attempting to prevent Maricopa County from releasing details about his death. The lawsuit explained that Emilie is focused on caring for her two-month-old son, Theodore, and is struggling emotionally every day.

Dr. Cara Hodgson experienced a terrifying ordeal during a family vacation to Thailand in December 2023. She was shocked by power lines, which caused her to lose consciousness and be hospitalized. In an Instagram post on New Year’s Day, the influencer described the following week and a half as a fight for her life, and expressed immense gratitude to still be alive.
Honestly, hearing about Dr. Lee’s braces journey just wrecked me in the best way. He actually *smiled* through the pain, and it made me realize something huge. He said it reminded him – and now me! – how unbelievably lucky we are to just *be* alive. Like, seriously, to be able to breathe, to enjoy food, to talk, even just to *move*… it’s all so amazing and we totally take it for granted. It’s a gift, you know? A really, really grand one. I’m just so inspired by his perspective!

In June 2025, Brazilian tourist Juliana Marins died while hiking on Mount Rinjani, an active volcano in Indonesia. She fell from a cliff, and despite a four-day search by a team of 48 rescuers, her body was only found after being hampered by bad weather and difficult terrain, according to a statement from the Brazilian government. She did not fall into the volcano’s crater.
Juliana Marins has sadly passed away, her family announced on Instagram. The rescue team reached her location today, but she did not survive. The family expressed their deep gratitude for all the prayers, kind messages, and support they received.

Let me tell you, accidents can happen anywhere, even at a fun Easter brunch! Back in 2015, I heard about Tori Spelling – yes, from *Beverly Hills, 90210* – having a bit of a mishap at Benihana. She unfortunately tripped and burned her arm on one of those hot Hibachi grills. It was a pretty serious burn, requiring skin grafts, and ultimately she decided to take legal action against the restaurant. It just goes to show you need to be careful, even when you’re enjoying a meal out!
She revealed on her 2024 podcast, *9021OMG* (co-hosted with Jennie Garth), that she received a skin graft from her thigh to cover a severe burn on her arm. She jokingly said, ‘Not many people can say they’re wearing their thigh on their arm,’ and explained that a thin layer of skin from her thigh was used because of the extent of the burn.

Comedian Tony Knight tragically died in June 2024 at the Rock&Cars festival in France when he was struck by falling tree branches. He was 54 years old and enjoying life, according to Joanne Allen, the sister of his partner, Hayley Wright. Allen described Knight as fit, healthy, happy, and full of life, noting his charisma, humor, and passion.
He was deeply loved and admired for his many talents. As his longtime partner, Haley, shared on Instagram, he excelled at everything he put his mind to, was a wonderful friend to countless people, and a devoted dog owner. Above all, she said, he was her everything, and his loss has left a void that will never be filled.

As a lifestyle and event expert, I was shocked to hear about the terrifying incident that happened at Vistex’s 25th-anniversary celebration in January. Apparently, the CEO, Sanjay Shah, and President, Vishwanath Raju Datla, were meant to be lowered onto the stage in an iron cage as part of the festivities. Sadly, the wires supporting the cage snapped, and they fell onto the concrete. It was a truly catastrophic turn of events for what should have been a joyful occasion.
Sanjay, age 56, died at the hospital after the accident, according to reports. Vishwanath, 52, suffered a serious head injury and died several months afterward.

In 2022, Orlando Bloom shared a story on Instagram with UNICEF about a serious accident he had when he was 19. He fell three stories while trying to climb onto a rooftop with friends. The drainpipe he was holding onto broke, and he fractured his back. Luckily, he said, the fall didn’t cause a complete spinal cord injury, and he was fortunate to survive with his spinal cord intact.
He explained that doctors initially told him, while he was hospitalized, that he might never walk again. This was the start of a difficult process of understanding how past patterns and repeated accidents had ultimately led to the serious back injury – a life-threatening experience – that landed him in the hospital.
After leaving the hospital wearing a back brace and struggling with both physical and emotional pain, he immediately started going out and partying—still wearing the brace, he told *GQ* in 2005. It took a couple of months for him to accept this new reality and decide he needed to get his life back on track.
He said the experience completely changed his perspective on life. “You don’t appreciate things until you almost lose them,” he explained. He used to be a reckless driver and motorcyclist, always pushing his limits, not for the thrill of it, but because he enjoyed the adrenaline. “I’ve definitely calmed down now,” he added.
