Production on the fourth season of Industry has finished, and Marisa Abela, who plays Yasmin, has given fans a hint of what’s in store for her character.
By the conclusion of season 3, Yasmin had left her job in finance and become engaged to Sir Henry Muck, a British aristocrat portrayed by Kit Harington.
In a recent interview with TopMob magazine for View From My Sofa, actress Abela hinted at what fans can expect from season 4 of the HBO/BBC drama, and how it will be different from earlier seasons.
It was great working with the new actors who joined the cast,” she explained. “And I think it’s clear Yasmin has really grown and changed. When we first met her, she was an intern doing small tasks, but now she’s in a completely different stage of her life.
Yasmin has changed a lot throughout her story. I feel like I’m portraying her most mature self this season, which is really fascinating.

Season four of Industry will welcome new cast members Max Minghella, Kiernan Shipka, Jack Farthing, Toheeb Jimoh, Amy James-Kelly, Kal Penn, Charlie Heaton, and Claire Forlani.
Robert Spearing, played by Harry Lawtey, won’t be returning for season 4. Lawtey had to leave the show because of conflicts with his filming schedule.
You can now hear Jessie Abela playing a leading role in the new audio adaptation of Pride and Prejudice on Audible, with Harris Dickinson as Mr. Darcy.
The supporting cast is really shaping up nicely! Will Poulter is taking on the role of Wickham, and I’m excited to see Jessie Buckley as Caroline Bingley. Glenn Close as Lady Catherine de Bourgh? Yes, please! And it’s cool to see Toheeb Jimoh, who I loved in ‘Industry,’ playing Mr. Bingley alongside the lead.
You can currently watch seasons 1-3 of Industry on BBC iPlayer. Pride and Prejudice is available for purchase as an audiobook at www.audible.co.uk.
