Finally, Ingrid is joining Street Fighter 6 on May 28th! Here’s a first look at her unique and energetic gameplay, which takes her across the galaxy.
Her movements in the game are graceful and fluid, much like those of the new character Manon. She quickly and lightly moves around the stage, dodging attacks with an almost dance-like quality.
She’s capable of a lot more than just that, including creating bouncing orbs and even firing lasers from her head.
She also seems well-equipped to handle ranged attacks, making her a potentially strong opponent for characters who rely on projectiles and zoning, like those in the ‘shoto’ archetype.
If you don’t like the unique headpiece, don’t worry! Her classic outfit from Capcom Fighting Evolution and Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max will also be available. You can unlock it by finishing her quests in World Tour mode, as you normally would.
Ingrid is the final character being added for Season 3, joining Sagat, C. Viper, and Alex. This suggests we’ll find out about Season 4 soon, and there’s a rumor that Tifa from Final Fantasy 7 might be a playable character.
