Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau are living a teenage dream at Coachella 2026.

Katy Perry, known for her hit song “Roar,” shared details about her amazing date night with Canada’s former Prime Minister at the recent festival, and it was clearly a very exciting evening.

Katy Perry and her partner were photographed holding hands while enjoying a festival on April 11th. Katy, 41, dressed casually for the event in a white t-shirt and shorts, completing the look with a black drawstring backpack, boots, and a jacket tied around her waist.

Justin, 54, dressed casually in a classic California style: blue jeans, a white t-shirt, sneakers, and a navy baseball cap.

In another photo, the couple playfully glanced at the camera while sharing a meal on a rock overlooking the scenery. Later, in a cozy video, Katy—who shares 4-year-old daughter Daisy Dove Bloom with her ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom—filmed herself and the politician gently swaying while holding red plastic cups.

The couple, who went public with their relationship in December, were seen singing along to Justin Bieber’s “Speed Demon” at his performance on April 11th.

It looks like their fun night together left a lasting impression. Katy referenced one of the Grammy winner’s song lyrics with a playful caption: “heat checkin’ these chickens.”

Justin Trudeau and Katy are generally private about their relationship, but his eldest son recently revealed how they’ve been building a connection. Justin and Katy share three children: Xavier, 18, Ella-Grace, 17, and Hadrien, 12, with his estranged wife, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau.

In a February 21st Instagram video, Xavier said, “She’s really cool and kind. We spent hours discussing my music, and she offered me some helpful advice and guidance on what to do next.”

This advice was incredibly helpful for the teenager, who is building his music career as Xav.

He shared on the May episode of The Brandon Gonez Show podcast that he’s always been passionate about music, both making it and enjoying it as a listener.
