The cast for Paramount+’s adaptation of Hollie Overton’s novel Baby Doll has been announced.
Similar to the book, the series narrates the tale of Lily, a young woman who was kidnapped from her tranquil countryside English village by a local teacher named Rick Hansen, during her teenage years.
After eight years, she successfully breaks free and rejoins her twin sister Abby and mother Eve. However, readapting to normal life following her harrowing experience presents unique difficulties.
In real life, siblings Tallulah and Delphi Evans take on the roles of Lily and Abby, respectively. Their ensemble is bolstered by a distinguished group of actors, including Jill Halfpenny from “The Feud,” who plays their mother, and Alfie Allen from “Game of Thrones,” portraying Rick – a teacher who kidnapped Lily and is now attempting to elude the law.

The group is completed by Vikash Bhai (known from Limbo, Virdee), Niamh Walsh (familiar with Smother, Jamestown), Levi Brown (recognized from This Town, Invasion), Victoria Ekanoye (The Turkish Detective, The Royals, Coronation Street), Holly Atkins (MobLand, Criminal Justice) and Kiran Krishnakumar (What It Feels Like for a Girl, Everything Now).
