KAKU: Ancient Seal for PS5, Xbox Series launches in late 2025

In the last quarter of 2025, the open-world action-adventure game “KAKU: Ancient Seal” is set to release on both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, as announced by its developer BINGOBELL. A physical copy of this game for the PlayStation 5 will be distributed by Microids. The console versions have been ported over by SneakyBox.

Initially, KAKU: Ancient Seal was introduced as an Early Access game on Steam for personal computers on May 3, 2023. It eventually had its complete release on July 12, 2024.

Story

The game titled “KAKU: Ancient Seal” is an open-world role-playing game that takes place in a fantasy setting of ancient times. Centuries from now, a young man named Kaku, residing in the expansive frozen mountains, together with his companion Piggy, a winged swine, are assigned the mission of retrieving the scattered spiritual essences known as elemental souls. This quest is under the direction of an ancient prophecy that has been lost to time. They set off on a magical journey filled with wonder and antiquity, aiming to unravel the causes behind the catastrophe and the enigma surrounding their own heritage.
