Gameplay
Adashino’s Voyage: Kitsune’s 3D Action-Adventure”
This game immerses you in a thrilling journey, set on an enigmatic island that echoes the mythos of ancient Japan. The protagonist, Kitsune – a charming fox spirit – embarks on a tale brimming with exploration and escape sequences. Throughout her adventure, she will be pursued by malevolent forces, adding a layer of tension to her journey.
During your travels on the island, interact with the locals and illuminate sanctuaries within specific locations to unlock new zones.
As you flee from pursuing oni demons, the cunning kitsune can momentarily disorient these creatures using her radiant ability. This provides her with precious seconds to discover secure passageways and concealed hideouts. But be warned, she can only employ this light a restricted number of times before needing to recharge at shrines.
Her light not only drives away the shadows but also reveals concealed routes and draws her closer to more individuals for conversation.
In the horizon stands the enchanting Tower of Muyo, glimmering alluringly as if it were stealing countless lights. This story unfolds on a prolonged summer night, the night of the Jugoya harvest festival…
Kitsune: The Journey of Adashino is due out for Switch and PC via Steam in 2025.
