Josh Hart’s kids are the real MVPs.
You wouldn’t believe the sweetness! After celebrating their big NBA Finals win, our favorite basketball star had his adorable 3-year-old twins, Hendrix and Haze, steal the show at the post-game press conference on June 13th. It was a truly heartwarming moment!
“I hope,” Hart quipped, per a TikTok from the NBA posted June 13, “you have that mic off.”
Even though the microphone volume was lowered, people nearby still clearly heard Hendrix cheering for his father’s basketball team after they won their game against the San Antonio Spurs with a score of 94-90. He shouted, “Go Knicks!”
Another video captures Hart attempting to guide his children away from the platform, but his son, Haze, stays firmly by his side.
“Okay just stay still,” the 31-year-old said. “You can sit here and stay still.”
Despite the excitement surrounding his children, the player was thrilled to share this special occasion with them and his wife, Shannon Hart. After the Knicks’ historic win – their first championship in over 50 years – he was seen lovingly kissing each of his kids.
Hart has gone viral with his kids before. Last December, he famously tossed his son, Haze, to teammate Mitchell Robinson during a Kids’ Day event at Madison Square Garden.
You know, I was chatting with Jimmy Fallon about a pretty wild moment during a recent Knicks game. We were starting to lose our momentum towards the end, and out of nowhere, Coach Mike Brown signaled me to get back in! It was totally unexpected, but definitely a rush.

Hart explained that someone yelled ‘Josh!’ and his immediate reaction was worry. He instinctively tossed his son to the nearest person, which happened to be Mitchell Robinson. Hart found it amusing because, looking at Robinson’s face in photos or videos, he appears completely unaware of what was happening.
Fortunately, his son wasn’t separated from his father for long, and Hart playfully remarked that it felt like a challenging “19 seconds.”
Hart enjoyed celebrating the championship win with his loved ones and team, and many famous faces came to support him as well. Here’s a look at some of the biggest celebrity fans of the Knicks…
