Sophia Umansky has gone under the knife.
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s 26-year-old daughter recently had a breast lift. She said the surgery was needed after losing weight with GLP-1 medication caused her breasts to droop significantly.
In a TikTok video posted on April 28th, she shared her experience with Mounjaro, explaining that she initially lost weight quickly, then regained some. She now feels she’s reached a healthy and sustainable weight.
Sophia wasn’t happy with how her breasts looked due to changes in her body, so she decided to have a cosmetic procedure. The procedure involved taking fat from her hips and using it to add volume to her chest.
The Buying Beverly Hills star shared that completing this will really boost her body confidence, and that’s ultimately what she’s aiming for.
That wasn’t the only beauty treatment Sophia had planned. She also scheduled a lip procedure for the same week.
“I’m gonna be bandaged up and have scabbed, peeled lips,” she added. “Wish me luck.”
Sophia treated her surgery like a family outing. She chose Dr. Steven Teitelbaum, the same plastic surgeon who had performed her mother’s breast reduction in 2022, and even brought Kyle with her to the clinic.
Kyle shared in a TikTok on April 29th that he’s never been interested in getting implants and is happy Sophia has chosen not to get them either.

Following her surgery, Sophia described being in a lot of pain. In a video shared on April 30th, she said her hips hurt, actually more than her left breast.
Even though the influencer joked right after surgery that she’d never do it again, she’s actually pleased with how it turned out. She playfully announced her new look in a recovery video, writing, “Hi cleavage!”
