A selection of 10 PS5 and PS4 games will soon be leaving the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium game libraries. If you’re currently playing any of the titles listed below with your PS Plus Extra or Premium membership, you’ll have until Tuesday, December 16th, 2025 to enjoy them before they’re removed.
- Battlefield 2042 (PS5, PS4)
- GTA III: Definitive Edition (PS5, PS4)
- Arcade Paradise VR (PSVR2)
- Sonic Frontiers (PS5, PS4)
- Forspoken (PS5)
- Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge – Enhanced Edition (PSVR2)
- Firefighting Simulator: The Squad (PS5, PS4)
- Surviving Mars (PS4)
- Star Trek: Bridge Crew (PS4)
- 11-11: Memories Retold (PS4)
Unlike the basic PS Plus Essential tier – where games you download are yours to keep – games available through PS Plus Extra and Premium are only playable as long as they remain on the service. If you want to continue playing a game from either of those tiers after it leaves the service, you’ll need to purchase it separately.
Starting Tuesday, the games currently available on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 will be swapped out for a new selection launching in December 2025, featuring nine different titles. You still have the weekend to check out some of the games that are leaving – it’s a good chance to try them and see if you want to buy the full version for continued play.
