The Learning You trailer drops….
Following the positive reception of ‘I Swear’ (and the discussions sparked by its BAFTA nomination), the trailer for ‘Learning You’ has been released. This new film explores the challenges faced by a parent as they learn to care for their son who has autism.
What the Learning You trailer is about?
Inspired by a true story, Learning You is a touching and funny film about Ty Smith, an architect and father trying to reconnect with his autistic son, Elijah. Seven years after a difficult Christmas and a divorce, Ty must decide whether to give up custody of Elijah or fight to rebuild their relationship. Their impulsive road trip is made even more unique by Nook, Elijah’s imaginary, life-sized stuffed bear, who both challenges and supports Ty. What starts as a last-ditch effort evolves into a journey of self-discovery, showing that happiness and family can be found in the most surprising circumstances.
