Lil Nas X has experienced a health scare.
The authorities from the Los Angeles Police Department were called upon due to a report about a person strolling naked on Ventura Boulevard at approximately 5:50 a.m. on August 21st. This incident was subsequently confirmed by the LAPD to TopMob News.
Upon his arrival, the individual rushed towards the officers and was subsequently detained by them, as stated by authorities. He was then driven to a nearby medical facility due to a suspected drug overdose, while also being apprehended for Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.
In an interesting turn of events, I’ve come across some intriguing details. It seems I’m now referring to myself, known for my work on the hit song “Old Town Road,” following a series of images that have surfaced and been authenticated by TMZ. Despite official authorities not explicitly stating it, I can confidently say it appears to be me in these photos.
TopMob News has reached out to Lil Nas X’s rep for comment but hasn’t heard back.
As a fervent admirer, I’ve got some news that’s been weighing heavily on my heart. This 26-year-old star I adore has just been hospitalized – and it comes four months after bravely revealing his battle with partial facial paralysis. Despite this tough journey taking him to the hospital doors, he’s managed to maintain an optimistic spirit throughout it all.
In an April 14 Instagram video, Lil Nas jokingly noted that when he smiles widely, it’s as if he’s fully smiling. He expressed amusement and frustration, saying something like ‘Whoa, this is quite a smile! I can hardly laugh without it looking funny. Gosh!’
However, shortly afterwards, the Grammy winner assured fans he would be okay in no time.
Later on, he reassured everyone in an Instagram Story post, ‘I’m doing fine!’ He then playfully suggested, ‘Instead of worrying, why not shake what your mama gave ya for me?’

In keeping with his promise, Lil Nas (known as Montero Lamar Hill) regularly shared updates about his health journey with his followers. On April 15th, through an Instagram Story, he casually mentioned, “I’ve been eating a lot to strengthen this muscle,” while indicating the right side of his face. He then added, “It’s showing signs of improvement.
“My eye still has to play catch-up but I can give a genuine smile,” he added, “so that’s good.”

Lately, Lil Nas has shared some insights about his upcoming projects and the significance of his musical career at this current stage, following a brief hiatus.
In a conversation with Paper Magazine in April, he expressed his perspective as follows: “Previously, I was attempting to bring the world into my life; this time around, I’m striving to take myself out into the world.” Now, he’s focusing on venturing out and experiencing life more fully – even relishing in simple joys such as strolling through parks or shopping at local stores. These seemingly ordinary activities have brought him a tremendous sense of tranquility.
Lil Nas X, who became famous with his 2018 hit ‘Old Town Road,’ remarked that as people, we all strive for success. He wants to maintain a balance in his life where he avoids making everything the biggest thing possible, as doing so can eventually drain the enjoyment out of it. He feels he has rediscovered the joy in his work and has been creating a lot more music while stepping out of his comfort zone.
