Seeing a character you know is always welcome. In video games, it’s especially exciting when you see a younger version of them, as it often hints at a story revealing their background.
The new expansion for Mafia: The Old Country, called Man of Honor, looks like it will explore the early days of Don Salieri. We’re seeing a younger Salieri facing a potentially huge opportunity – one that comes with risks, but promises a significant payoff. While the exact nature of this opportunity is unclear, it’s likely connected to the events of the original game, aiming to evoke the same nostalgic feeling.
I have to say, I absolutely loved The Old Country! It felt amazing to go back to the roots of the story, to where it all began and really captivated us as fans. I’m expecting the new expansion, coming out on August 14, 2026, to be just as good, and I can’t wait to play it on whatever platform I have!
The trailer doesn’t offer a lot of new information beyond what we’ve already shared, but it’s still worth checking out if you’re interested.
