To celebrate the release of DOOM: The Dark Ages in May, McFarlane Toys launched their first 7-inch scale Elite Edition action figure of the Doom Slayer. Now, a new version of the Doom Slayer featuring the Phalanx Skin will be available starting September 23rd. This figure includes a code to unlock the Phalanx Skin in the game. The figure is now available, and you can find direct links to purchase it below.
Just to clarify, this new Doom Slayer figure won’t be an “Elite” version like previous releases. McFarlane Toys announced on X (formerly Twitter) that it will be a standard figure priced at $34.99. While it won’t have the extra features of an Elite figure (which typically cost $60), that actually makes it more affordable. If you want to add it to your collection, it’s available for purchase today, September 23rd, at both Entertainment Earth and Amazon.

The McFarlane Toys Doom Slayer figure featuring the Phalanx skin will be available for pre-order starting September 23rd at 12 PM Eastern Time. The figure costs $34.99.

Following the popular game *DOOM Eternal*, *DOOM: The Dark Ages* takes players back in time to explore the origins of the Doom Slayer’s fury. This new installment from id Software features fresh gameplay mechanics and a substantial story-driven campaign. Early reviews suggest the game is a success, and it’s currently available on PC, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation 5 for $69.99. Players with an Xbox Game Pass subscription can play the game at no additional cost.
The game launched with a good score, but players quickly noticed some bugs and glitches. Fortunately, a recent update in August addressed these issues, significantly improving the experience. The developers worked on many things, including weapon balance, enemy behavior, and added checkpoints and new encounters. If you played the game at launch and didn’t enjoy it, it’s worth giving it another try – you should find it’s much smoother now! You can find a complete list of the August updates here.
