Should The Ten Rings Spinoff Actually Happen?

The ending of Shang-Chi did leave some questions about the Ten Rings, specifically with Shang-Chi’s sister, Xialing, taking over the organization after breaking her promise to him. This potential spinoff was likely intended as a Disney+ series, but Disney’s changing plans might have cancelled it.
