Megan Thee Stallion, the popular music artist, recently showed her enthusiasm for the anime series Castlevania: Nocturne by dressing up as the character Drolta Tzuentes. Known for openly sharing her love of anime, Megan Thee Stallion has often cosplayed as characters from her favorite shows, and this latest look is another impressive example.
Megan Thee Stallion is known for her incredible Halloween costumes, and this year she didn’t disappoint! She shared a fantastic cosplay of Choso from Jujutsu Kaisen and also transformed into Drolta from Castlevania, complete with impressive horns and wings. Only Megan Thee Stallion could pull off such a detailed and amazing cosplay! You can see the photos on her official Instagram.
What Is Castlevania: Nocturne?
Following the success of the original Castlevania series on Netflix, Castlevania: Nocturne builds upon that world. Set hundreds of years later, the anime introduces a new Belmont – Richter – who continues the family’s fight against vampires and other creatures. However, he soon faces a powerful new threat that challenges everything he knows. The series, currently spanning two seasons, has been well-received by viewers who are eager for future installments.
Season two of Castlevania: Nocturne came out earlier this year, and as of now, Netflix hasn’t announced plans for a third season. Production has paused after finishing season two, and it doesn’t look like the show will continue immediately. However, the creators are hoping to revive the series, as there are many more time periods and stories from the Castlevania video games that could be adapted for television.
Megan Thee Stallion Has Her Own Anime on the Way
Megan Thee Stallion is creating her own anime series! She announced earlier this year that the show is in development with Prime Video. While details about the plot are still under wraps, she’s working on it with experienced animator Carl Jones, known for his work on shows like The Boondocks, Black Dynamite, and The Jellies!.
Megan Thee Stallion hasn’t announced a release date for her new anime project yet, but she’s promised fans something completely unique. Given her passion for anime, everyone’s excited and hoping it will be amazing.
