Despite the lengthy Xbox @ Gamescom broadcasts, Day 2 concluded with a launch trailer for the remake titled “Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater“. On August 28th, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is scheduled for release on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. This is a complete remake of the 2004 game, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. In this game, you’ll follow Naked Snake as he embarks on a mission to prevent a powerful weapon from reaching the Soviet Union. As a prequel to the main series, elements like the radar have been removed and replaced with more open-world-style levels, a camouflage system, and many other new features.
The updated version preserves the original storyline yet incorporates numerous innovative elements such as a fresh third-person perspective set in modern times. Additionally, it offers a compass for hassle-free navigation and Quick Dial functionality for codec chats, among other enhancements.
