The whistle is being blown on Mike Vrabel andDianna Russini once again.

Following the release of photos showing the New England Patriots coach and an NFL reporter together on vacation in Arizona, older pictures have come to light. These new images were taken six years before the recent controversy began earlier this month.

New photos published by Page Six show Mike Vrabel and Kayla Russini together at Tribeca Tavern around midnight on March 11, 2020.

Two photos depict the pair sitting near each other at a bar, with Vrabel, age 50, briefly touching Russini’s arm and leg. A third photo shows the NFL coach appearing to lean in for a kiss with the sportscaster.

Mike Vrabel had been married to Jen Vrabel for 21 years, and they share two sons. At the time, he was the head coach of the Tennessee Titans. Meanwhile, ESPN NFL reporter Dianna Russini, then 43, was six months away from marrying Shake Shack executive Kevin Goldschmidt. They have since gotten married and now have two children together.

TopMob News has reached out to reps for Russini and Vrabel for comment and has not heard back. 

These photos were released just after head coach Vrabel – a former player for the Patriots who began coaching in 2025 – shared that he would be taking time away from the NFL draft to focus on personal counseling.

Okay, so Adriana Russini has stepped down from her job at The Athletic. This happened just after photos of her and Zach Ertz surfaced earlier this month – you might have seen them on Page Six. Both Adriana and Zach had previously said there was nothing inappropriate going on, but she’s still decided to leave her position. In a statement on April 14th, Russini explained she wouldn’t participate in the public inquiry, stating it had already been too damaging.
