Yacht Club Games has pushed back the release of *Mina the Hollower* from October 31st, but says the delay won’t be long. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam.
Here is the full message from Yacht Club Games on the delay:
Our team has made the difficult decision to postpone the release of *Mina the Hollower*. Everyone has been working incredibly hard to finish the game by October 31st, but we need a little more time. It’s not a big delay – we just want to add some final touches and balance the gameplay to ensure the game is its best.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. However, we remain dedicated to delivering a high-quality experience. We’re committed to giving our development team the necessary time and resources to create an amazing adventure, and we fully intend to do just that. This isn’t just talk – you can count on it!
We’re almost done, but we’ll share the official release date once it’s approved by the platform stores. Thanks for your patience!
We’re in the final stages of development and playtesting the game completely each day. Right now, the team is focused on these last few tasks:
- Finalizing design, art, and sound.
- Overall game balancing.
- Implementing localization.
- Eating cheese.
- Testing, testing, testing… on all platforms!
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Sincerely,
The Yacht Club Games Crew
