She’s beauty and she’s grace, she’s officially Miss USA.
Audrey Eckert of Nebraska was crowned Miss USA 2025 on October 24th at the Grand Sierra Resort in Nevada. This win makes Nebraska only the second state to have multiple winners in the competition, following Sarah Rose Summers’ victory in 2018.
After winning, Eckert will head to Thailand in November to compete for the title of Miss Universe 2025.
Noelia Voigt, 23, won the title of Miss USA, beating out 50 other contestants from across the country. The pageant, hosted by Emmanuel Acho and Olivia Jordan, included competitions for state costumes, preliminary judging, and a final round. Judges Nia Sanchez, Jade Tolbert, Sasha Farber, Kenneth Barlis, and Hannah Edwards ultimately awarded her the top score and the crown.
Seventy-three women have previously won the famous tiara, but this year’s winner’s ceremony had one special distinction.
Just before the final competition, Alma Cooper, the winner of Miss USA 2024, announced she wouldn’t be there to pass on the crown and sash, breaking with tradition.
I’ve made the really tough decision to step away from attending this year’s Miss USA pageant and crowning. It wasn’t easy, but as I move on from this incredible experience, I know I completed my time with my head held high and a strong sense of self-worth – values that meant even more to me than the crown itself. I’m proud of the journey and excited for what’s next!
The announcement followed a statement from Miss USA CEO Thom Brodeur, who had said that Cooper hadn’t yet confirmed her participation in the 2025 pageant, two days prior.

He shared on Instagram October 22nd, according to People magazine, that they wanted Alma to be involved in the 2025 competition in any way she felt comfortable. He emphasized that their offer still stands and they hope she receives the respectful send-off she deserves as her reign ends.
Even though Cooper decided not to compete again, Brodeur stated that her legacy in the pageant would remain secure.
The CEO told Alma, “We deeply admire you. You embody the spirit of a queen, and you’ll always be our Miss USA 2024, regardless of when you joined us.”
