A new Monster High doll inspired by the movie Coraline will be released on Friday, March 13th – a perfectly spooky date! The doll will be available for $65 on Amazon, Entertainment Earth, and the Mattel Shop website.

The teams working on this collaboration have brilliantly blended the styles of Monster High and Coraline. The doll features Coraline’s signature blue bob haircut and her memorable yellow raincoat – key elements that made her character so recognizable. She also wears a red dress, striped socks, yellow rainboots, and a newsboy cap with gold detailing, completing the look.
Mattel has consistently delivered impressive designs with their Skullector dolls, and this Alien version is particularly striking. The attention to detail is evident throughout, especially in Coraline’s outfit. The raincoat’s belt features a beautifully crafted pattern of two dragons created with thread and needles. Adding to the doll’s quality and overall look, her hat and red purse appear to be made from a different, premium material.

This Coraline doll is already fantastic on its own, but the included accessories really make it special. It comes with The Cat, Coraline’s witty and helpful companion from The Other World, perfectly capturing his signature tilted head and attitude as a miniature figure. You also get a tiny version of the button-eyed doll that the Other Mother uses to watch Coraline. So, with this collector’s doll, you actually receive two miniature dolls! Honestly, if that doesn’t convince you, nothing will.
Mattel’s Monster High Skullector Dolls are consistently popular with collectors. Each doll offers a fresh and detailed take on a character, complete with imaginative outfits and accessories. Some dolls are still available, such as this one:
- Monster High x Wednesday Morticia Addams
- Beetlejuice Beetlejuice
