With Halloween approaching, Monster Hunter Wilds is kicking off its Festival of Accord: Dreamspell – a spooky, seasonal event. Capcom is committed to keeping Monster Hunter Wilds engaging with regular updates and limited-time events, even though it’s not a traditional live-service game.
Monster Hunter Wilds has been running limited-time events since its release earlier this year, ranging from small quests to larger seasonal celebrations. The game’s Grand Hub, a social area for players, has also been decorated for events like the spring Blossomdance. Along with these visual changes, players can earn special rewards during these limited-time periods. Now, with Halloween approaching, Capcom is launching a brand-new event.
Monster Hunter Wilds Festival of Accord: Dreamspell Event Dates
- October 21 – November 12
Halloween has come to Monster Hunter Wilds with the Festival of Accord: Dreamspell event! The game’s Grand Hub social area is decked out in spooky Halloween decorations. During the event, you can craft special items like a costume for your Palico and new outfits for your Hunter. Just logging in will also get you exclusive freebies, including decorations, gestures, pendants, music, camp customizations, and profile options.
Alongside the updates, players can enjoy fresh content in the game. The Grand Hub canteen will feature a new seasonal dish for those with special vouchers earned through daily login rewards, and limited-time event quests are available in Monster Hunter Wilds. These quests offer cosmetic rewards, including a jack-o’-lantern outfit and a unique headpiece resembling a Gelidron creature.
Players will have access to even more ways to personalize their experience when the Dreamspell DLC pack launches on October 22nd. It includes new emotes, skins, and a variety of other customization features.

The Festival of Accord event in Dreamspell follows closely after the popular crossover between Monster Hunter Wilds and Final Fantasy 14. Both games gained new content – Wilds players got a special hunt featuring Omega Planetes, a challenging boss from Final Fantasy, and the chance to earn new gear. This includes items like the Shadowbringer great sword, the Soul of the Pictomancer, Seikret and Palico gear, and the Bale Alpha armor set.
