Bloober Team hinted at potentially revealing more content from their game, Cronos: The New Dawn, in a recent social media update.
Over the last day, the developer shared two puzzling messages. The first simply stated, “The loop persists.” They followed it up with another post saying, “The mystery remains unsolved… The future holds more answers.” The image included with the second message contained the phrase “LZRS28.”
The Polish development team also announced that the protagonist of their horror game, Traveler ND-3576, will be available as a playable skin in Fortnite on April 21st. While the earlier social media posts weren’t about the Fortnite skin, Bloober Team described them as a hint of something bigger to come. This suggests those posts are connected to a future announcement or project.
If the upcoming content for Cronos: The New Dawn is anything to go by, it will likely be either a full expansion or a brand new game mode.
If Bloober Team is currently making downloadable content, they likely only began work on it recently. In October 2025, they told investors they had no plans for expansions or a sequel. However, they were considering future projects within the ‘Cronos’ universe, as the game had been a major success.
Bloober Team announced earlier this week that they’re growing their leadership team to help manage their current workload, which includes seven projects like the Silent Hill remake.
Bloober Team CEO Piotr Babieno explained that the company isn’t focused on simply releasing a lot of games. They believe players prefer quality experiences that are memorable and unique, rather than a constant stream of new releases. While fans are enjoying ‘Cronos: The New Dawn,’ the team recognizes that a sequel or additional content would likely be well-received.
