The puzzle action game *MOTIONREC* will be released on Steam for PC on October 27th, according to publisher PLAYISM and developer HANDSUM.
Here is an overview of the game, via its Steam page:
About
MOTIONREC is a unique puzzle game where you solve challenges by recording your actions and then replaying them to progress. It combines action elements with clever puzzle design.
Rec, The Civilization-Recording Robot
MOTIONREC is a puzzle action game where you use recording and playback to solve challenges. You play as Rec, a robot tasked with documenting a ruined world.
The Power of MOTIONREC
Track your character’s movements, whether it’s simple walking or more dynamic actions like jumping. You can also use environmental elements to design and record intricate sequences for getting around the game world.
Record your movements…
…and play them back in another location!
Okay, so this ability is a game-changer! It lets me get to spots I could *never* reach before – seriously high places or even floating areas with no floor. The catch is, I can only rewind my jumps a limited number of times while I’m in the air. Luckily, that rewind count refills every time I touch down, so I can keep experimenting and pulling off crazy moves!
Use the MOTIONREC ability to discover the secrets of this ruined world now controlled by machines!
