The first trailer for Jason Statham’s new movie, Mutiny, has arrived. Following his film Shelter released earlier this year, it delivers the hard-hitting action fans expect from the popular British actor.

What the Mutiny trailer is about….

Okay, so I just watched this thriller, and let me tell you, it grabs you right from the start. It centers around Cole Reed, who witnesses the shocking murder of his incredibly wealthy boss. But things quickly go south – he’s framed for the killing! Now, he’s not just grieving, he’s running for his life while desperately trying to figure out who really did it, and it turns out it’s way bigger than just one murder – we’re talking a massive international conspiracy. It’s a classic setup, but it delivers a lot of suspense and keeps you guessing.

I’m really intrigued by this new thriller! It stars Roland Møller – you might recognize him from “Citadel” – as the bad guy, and he’s joined by Annabelle Wallis, Lee Charles, Jason Wong, Ben Cartwright, Adrian Lester, and Arnas Fedaravicius. Judging by the trailer, it looks like it’s going to be a pretty intense and gritty ride.

Jean-François Richet, the director of 2023’s ‘Plane’ starring Gerard Butler, is back with ‘Mutiny,’ and it’s shaping up to be another hit with Jason Statham. J.P. Davis, who also wrote ‘Plane’ and penned their first screenplay, wrote the script. Filming is taking place in the UK and Malta.

Mutiny is set for release on 21st August 2026
