It’s also possible the game will explore mythologies beyond Norse legends.

MP1st reports that the game might include mythology from China and Japan, in addition to the Mayan influences already mentioned. While development plans can shift, the potential involvement of a character named Merlin – possibly the famous wizard from Arthurian legends – makes these rumors seem more likely.
