Noah Cyrus Brings Out Billy Ray Cyrus for Stagecoach 2026 Performance

Stagecoach 2026 was a family affair.

Noah Cyrus wowed the crowd at the annual music festival in Indio, California, on April 24th. She ended her performance with a special surprise: bringing her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, and brother, Braison Cyrus, onstage to perform their song “On Our Way Along.”

Billy Ray said he’d always remember the day as something special, telling People magazine it was “just amazing.”

Billy Ray, 64, and his son Noah, 26, released their heartfelt new song on April 3rd. The song, co-produced by Billy Ray’s other son, Braison, 31, is a tribute to music and family, created with genuine emotion, according to Billy Ray, as reported by People magazine.

Noah was excited to contribute to a song on her father’s new album, titled The Hill.

Noah shared that he’s thrilled to be collaborating with his dad and brother Braison on this song. Braison produced a wonderful album, and Noah is proud to contribute to both it and their father’s musical heritage.

Billy Ray Cyrus, known for his hit song “Achy Breaky Heart,” recently appeared in a special celebrating the 20th anniversary of his daughter Miley Cyrus’s show, Hannah Montana. The special was released on Disney+ on March 24th.

Before her new release, Miley talked about how her father protected her while she was on the popular Disney Channel show. He also shares three other children – Brandi Cyrus, Trace Cyrus, and Christopher Cody Cyrus – with his ex-wives, Tish Cyrus and Kristin Luckey.

Billy Ray Cyrus married Tish Cyrus (née Leticia Finley) on Dec. 28, 2003.

They already had a daughter, Destiny Hope Cyrus (better known as Miley Cyrus), and Tish was expecting their son, Braison Cyrus, who was born on May 9, 1994.

Before Miley was born on November 23, 1992, Billy Ray Cyrus’s former partner, Kristin Luckey, had a son named Christopher Cody Cyrus on April 8th.

When Billy Ray Cyrus married Tish, he became the adoptive father of her children, Brandi Cyrus (born May 26, 1987) and Trace Cyrus (born February 24, 1989). Their biological father is Tish’s former husband, Baxter Helson.

Tish and Billy Ray’s youngest, daughter Noah Cyrus, was born Jan. 8, 2000.

Trace shared a heartfelt message to his father on Instagram, recalling how he’s admired him since childhood. He wrote that he always looked up to his father and that the day he was adopted was the best day of his life. However, he sadly feels distant from the man he once idolized.

He said he and his sisters had been concerned about him for a long time, but he’d kept them all at a distance.

Noah was especially hurt, according to Trace.

He wrote that Noah has always wished you were in her life, but you haven’t been there for her. He emphasized that she’s your daughter and deserves better. Despite everything, she still looks up to you, just like he does. They’re all holding onto happy memories of who you used to be and hoping you’ll be that person again.

Following a post from his son Trace expressing concern for him and his sisters – Miley, Brandi, and Noah – country music star Billy Ray Cyrus shared a message on YouTube Shorts on January 26, 2025, asking for prayers for his family, including his children and their mother.

In March 2025, Billy Ray appeared to be strengthening his relationship with his daughters, Miley and Noah, when he publicly celebrated their new music.

He shared on Instagram how incredibly proud he was of them, calling their performance amazing and saying they’d truly outdone themselves. He admitted he was so moved he was actually tearing up while writing the post, and jokingly said he was glad they couldn’t see him.
