Sony is asking PlayStation players for their feedback on the PS Plus service through an email survey. This comes soon after Sony announced price hikes for all three levels of the membership.
So, I got this email from PlayStation saying they really want my thoughts on PS Plus – basically, any feedback I have will help them make it even better. They’re looking at everything, from all the different features and benefits the service offers, so they want to know what I think about it all.
The survey begins by asking how satisfied you are with the following features:
- Access to games available through the subscription
- Online multiplayer experience
- PS Store discounts
- Share Play
- 100GB cloud storage for game saves
- Overall value of the subscription
PlayStation then follows up by asking how likely you are to continue your PS Plus subscription after it renews, offering choices from “very likely” to “very unlikely.” Next, it asks about the other gaming consoles you own, and finally asks what could improve your overall PlayStation Plus experience.
We recently surveyed readers of Push Square about PlayStation Plus. Last week, we asked if the basic PS Plus Essential tier offers good value in 2026, and a majority – 64% – responded that it does not.
Although Sony only announced price increases for the basic PS Plus Essential tier, it later became clear that PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium also got more expensive. Here’s how much new subscribers, or those who don’t renew their memberships, will now pay:
