Capcom recently shared a 10-minute video walkthrough for the demo of ‘Onimusha: Way of the Sword‘ that was displayed at Gamescom 2025. This same demonstration is set to be showcased at PAX West 2025 in Seattle, Washington from August 29th to September 1st.
In the video’s summary, it is stated that Musashi travels to the renowned Kiyomizu-dera temple to examine the emergence of Malice in the vicinity. However, upon arrival, he encounters not only an army of Genma but also a familiar figure from his past.
Onimusha: Way of the Sword is due out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam in 2026.
