Oscars: Jeff Goldblum’s Wife Emilie Goes Pantsless at Vanity Fair

Jeff Goldblum and his wife Emilie Goldblum are showing off their wickedly bold fashion.

Jeff and his wife, parents to 10-year-old Charlie and 8-year-old River, made a bold fashion statement at the Vanity Fair Oscars party on March 15th. Jeff added a fur-trimmed coat to his suit, complementing the furry boa worn by his wife of 11 years.

Emilie truly stood out at the after-party with her bold fashion choice. The 43-year-old paired a shawl with a black bodysuit and sheer tights, opting to go without pants. She completed the look with stylish dark sunglasses.

Jeff’s busy awards season is wrapping up after appearing with Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo in the Jon M. Chu film Wicked, a project he said he thoroughly enjoyed being a part of.

In a 2024 interview with W magazine, he explained that they filled downtime on set by singing. ‘We sang everything I could remember – songs from musicals, jazz classics, really anything at all,’ he said. ‘We were constantly singing.’

“Just thinking about hearing their voices every day during filming gets me emotional,” the 73-year-old explained. “I was overcome with happiness. They’ve both done so much incredible work, as everyone knows.”

During filming, Jeff Goldblum discovered that Ariana, age 32, had been a longtime fan, and she even had an old photo to show it!

During a break in filming, Ariana mentioned they’d taken a photo together years before. I asked her what she was doing at a Broadway performance of The Pillowman, and she explained she’d gone with her mom when she was twelve. They’d actually attended two nights in a row and waited backstage hoping to meet me and get a picture.

“She showed me this picture of us,” he noted, “and I said, ‘Send me that immediately!’”

Indeed, Jeff’s time on the Wicked set was nothing short of magical.

He told W magazine he felt incredibly fortunate. He described the music created by Cynthia and Ariana as a true gift to the world, praising its artistry, skill, emotional depth, and sheer beauty.

For the Jurassic Park alum, this chapter of his career has exceeded his expectations.

He said the past year, and the last ten years, have been wonderful, fulfilling, and almost unbelievable. He feels incredibly grateful and often has to remind himself that it’s all real, saying his gratitude is overwhelming.
