Pac-Man, the classic arcade character from Bandai Namco, is joining the cast of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds and will be available very shortly.
An official teaser trailer reveals the premium DLC pack will be released on 7th January 2026:
Just like extra content for Minecraft or SpongeBob SquarePants, the Pac-Man additions are available as a paid download, either as part of a season pass or bought on its own.
The new downloadable content will add Pac-Man and the four ghosts as playable racers, along with a special vehicle and a Pac-Man-inspired race track. We’ll likely get a better look at everything once the content is released.
Pac-Man is the first of several exciting premium DLC packs planned for CrossWorlds, with Mega Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Avatar-themed content on the way.
Plus, we’re still receiving free characters from SEGA, like the recent addition of NiGHTS. It’s unknown how many more will be added before the end of the year, but the game has received consistent support so far, which is great. We hope that trend continues.
Pac-Man is joining Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds! Let us know if you’re excited in the comments!
