This Near-Perfect 2000 Comedy Just Arrived on Hulu (And it Needs to Be at the Top of Your Watchlist)
On the 5th of September, Hulu included the satirical comedy-drama musical film “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” in its streaming library. The movie, a Coen Brothers’ production that serves as a humorous twist on Homer’s epic poem, “The Odyssey,” was written, produced, co-edited, and directed by the Coen Brothers. Set during the Great Depression in the American South, it follows the journey of three convicts seeking treasure while being chased by a dogged lawman. The film boasts an impressive cast led by George Clooney, John Turturro, and Tim Blake Nelson, with Charles Durning, Michael Badalucco, John Goodman, and Holly Hunter also making notable appearances.
