The anime Akane-banashi was originally planned to premiere in Spring 2026, but now has a confirmed release date of April 4th in Japan. Instead of being available on a typical streaming service outside of Japan, all episodes will be released for free on the official YouTube channel for viewers in North and Latin America. They did mention that work on volume 15 of the Deluxe Editions is on hold for now, as they’re waiting for enough material to be ready.
