Recent results from the Tokyo Anime Award Festival’s Top 100 list show how anime fans in Japan voted for their favorites released between October 2024 and October 2025. Voting took place in November 2025, and unfortunately, the highly-rated second season of Solo Leveling landed at number 61 – missing the top 50. This is surprising given the show’s popularity with Western audiences. Instead, Japanese voters chose Dr. Stone: Science Future as the best anime of 2025.

The popular animated series Star Vs. The Forces of Evil concluded in 2019 after four seasons and nearly 150 episodes. Despite its successful run, fans are eager for more, and a recent interview with voice actor Adam McArthur suggests a comeback might be possible. McArthur hinted at the potential for a movie adaptation, which could bring his character, Marco Diaz, back to the screen. He expressed optimism, noting the current trend of revivals and encouraging viewers to continue watching on Disney+, implying there’s a good chance the franchise could return.

If you’re new to Hasbro’s A-List line, these figures represent the most detailed versions of characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. They feature high-quality paint jobs, incredibly accurate sculpting based on the movies, and come with extra accessories. Laura Ripoll and Guillem Travila, the founders of Endflame, have always been fans of Japanese horror films—particularly their suspenseful atmosphere and lasting impact. They explained in a press release that their new game, Silent Road, grew out of this passion. After their initial success with the J-Horror inspired game Ikai, the team found themselves wanting to revisit the genre. Silent Road represents that return, and they’ve put a lot of effort into creating a scary game with a meaningful story. They expressed both excitement and nervousness about sharing it with the world.

The first game sets the stage for Arthur’s story in the second, and seeing so much of that groundwork in the prequel makes it a fascinating lead-in to one of the most highly-regarded games of recent years. That’s why I was thrilled to finally play it on a modern console.

This update includes a ton of fresh content, like 10 new cars with different versions, and 5 new tracks offering a variety of layouts. We’ve also made general improvements to the game, including more realistic tire and drivetrain physics, better audio, a redesigned user interface, and enhanced visuals.
