Nintendo recently shared its financial report, detailing plans for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. Following a review of how initial games like Mario Kart World performed, the report highlighted a strong lineup of new first-party games. Switch 2 owners have a lot to anticipate, with at least 10 new titles planned for release between this holiday season and 2026.

The first 50 episodes of the TV show Arrow featured flashbacks that always focused solely on Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and his experiences. While other characters from his past occasionally appeared, the stories told in these flashbacks were always from Oliver’s point of view. This changed with the fifth episode of Season 3, titled “The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak.” This episode shifted the focus to explore the backstory of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), a popular character with fans, and proved to be one of the show’s best. It originally aired 11 years ago.

While Imperial was a significant event, you don’t need to read it to follow this story. The author quickly summarizes everything important in the beginning, which is a welcome change. Stephanie Phillips isn’t always perfect with characters, but she really nails She-Hulk’s voice here. The book isn’t packed with big laughs, but it’s consistently witty and funny. It could have been a heavy, serious story, but Phillips understands She-Hulk and keeps it true to the character’s spirit.

This includes Captain Marvel, played by Carol Danvers, who first appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the 2019 film Captain Marvel. She’s since been in Avengers: Endgame, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Ms. Marvel, and The Marvels (2023). Brie Larson, the actor who plays Captain Marvel, recently shared a photo on her Instagram story (via @MCUFilmNews) jokingly telling fans to “Ignore the wig!!” The wig is long and blonde, leading many to believe Larson will be returning as Carol Danvers for additional filming on the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.

As a huge movie fan, I’m incredibly excited about what’s coming up! We’ve got Dune: Part Three on the horizon, and new sci-fi flicks from the masters – Steven Spielberg is working on a UFO project, and Ridley Scott’s tackling The Dog Stars. But honestly, Project Hail Mary has me the most hyped. It stars Ryan Gosling as a teacher who wakes up in space with amnesia, only to discover he’s Earth’s last hope! Apparently, early screenings are already generating Oscar buzz, according to Deadline‘s Justin Kroll – and it’s not even out until March! The film is slated for a 2026 release, and the word on the street is phenomenal.

The Energon Universe has already gained a following through its comic books, and now a new animated series for adults is in the works, bringing even more attention to this franchise.
