I’m thrilled to share some exciting news as an ardent fan! It’s officially confirmed that the manga by Yūki Suenaga and Takamasa Moue, which we all love, is getting an anime adaptation! This project is being handled by TV Asahi and Studio ZEXCS, and it’s scheduled to debut in 2026. To build anticipation, they’ve already unveiled a teaser trailer and key visual.

Mark your calendars for Anime NYC 2025, where you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the anime’s production, as SHUEISHA editor Seisuke Araki and TV Asahi producer Kazuki Endo will be there. The stage is set for Akane-banashi‘s release next year, an event not to be missed!
