The story of Scream 7 begins when a new Ghostface appears in the town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) is trying to live a peaceful life. Her worst fears come true as her daughter (Isabel May) is targeted, forcing Sidney to confront her traumatic past and stop the cycle of violence to protect her family.

The cast of Scream 7 includes Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Anna Camp, David Arquette, Roger L. Jackson, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Mckenna Grace, Asa Germann, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Mark Consuelos, Tim Simons, Matthew Lillard, Joel McHale, Courteney Cox, as well as Neve Campbell and Patrick Dempsey.
