Patrick Muldoon’s Cause of Death, Contributing Factors Shared

New details have come to light regarding the death of Patrick Muldoon

According to his death certificate obtained by Us Weekly, Days of Our Lives actor John Clarke died of a heart attack on April 19th at the age of 57.

The death certificate, issued by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, showed several contributing factors. He had a hereditary blood clotting disorder, meaning his blood didn’t clot normally, and also suffered a pulmonary embolism – a blockage in the lungs caused by a blood clot that traveled from another part of the body.

According to his death certificate, Muldoon was cremated on April 28th. He worked as both an actor and a producer.

As many of you know, the loss of David Lee Roth has been incredibly difficult. I recently learned from his sister, Shana Muldoon-Zappa, that he passed away from a heart attack. What really struck me was her sharing that he was smiling in the last video the family received – a beautiful, peaceful image to remember him by. It’s a reminder to cherish those little moments and the joy we share with loved ones.

In a video posted to Instagram on April 22nd, he was playfully showing them a painting at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art the night before he passed away.

He always makes me laugh, but it’s more than just jokes – he has this amazing ability to really connect everything to the present moment. Patrick Muldoon is just… incredible. He’s a funny guy, a talented artist, even a football player, but beyond all that, he’s deeply spiritual and incredibly grounded, thanks to his Jesuit education. He’s my best friend, and honestly, the best brother, son, uncle, or anyone could ever hope to have in their life.

She went on to say that she’ll share more later, knowing he cherished the world and everything in it. She feels he’s receiving all the love and positive energy everyone is sending, and that energy is now surrounding them all.

Many friends and coworkers remembered Muldoon, including Barbara Eden, with whom he’d worked on the 2019 film My Adventures With Santa.

She shared on Instagram on April 20th that Patrick was a kind and friendly person. She especially enjoyed the moments they had chatting and relaxing together while filming, saying he made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Losing someone you love is always hard, but it’s particularly painful when it happens suddenly, as was the case with Patrick, according to the I Dream of Jeanie star. They are sending their deepest sympathies to his family and friends.
